My Goals for 2024!

Still in shock that we are almost half way through the first month of the year - like how???? Had such a great break with the family and now I am excited to get back on track and organized. Speaking of organized, I received my new planner and I'm in love. I know I'm weird, but the enneagram 3 in me loves to check off lists.




I found the BEST podcast to help you get those goals down and conquer them. I think Mel Robbins does a great job breaking it down (based on A LOT of research) and I used her free workbook as well.


So here are my goals for 2024 - it's on paper so y'all need to hold me accountable :)


1. Daily protein intake of 125 grams. I am a podcast junkie and the amount of information out there about the importance of protein is huge. And the reality is most of us do not get the amount we need. Here are a few podcasts on protein that I highly recommend, Dr. Mark Hyman, and Dr. Gabrielle Lyon.


2. Monthly blog post. It's time for me to be more consistent with this. When Elsa and I first started the blog we were writing one every week! How in the world did I do that??? LOL


3. Weekly dates with Emily. My last one is getting ready to graduate high school and then she is off to fly airplanes. I want to spend as much time with her as I can.


4. Learn something new. I have already started looking at classes at our local community college. I found things like writing, cooking, art, and even learning how to become a bee keeper. I love trying new things and want to do more of it in 2024.


I will keep you all posted throughout the year on how I am doing :) Cheers to crushing our goals in 2024!!!!
